Layaways:

Sometimes you need to grab a site before it gets gone although you can't pay in full at the time of purchase.  to do so please review the payment schedule below and shoot me an email through the contact page to request an invoice. 

First Payment:     100.00

Second Payment option:   Full remainig balance or 50% of remaining balance 30 days from the First payment.

Third Payment option:  Remaining 50% 30 days from the second installment.

Once you enter into a layaway plan, please follow through as other customers may have contemplated purchasing the design you choose.  Storybook Sites are special website designs and we want everyone to have the opportunity to owna  nice looking website to increase sales. 

Because of the tremendous time consumption of our services, we have do not have a refund policy.  Once your order is received, measures are taken to begin your project in a timely manner.  A great deal of thought and consideration go hand and hand in the process of completing your order.  The artist works at a rate of 30.00 an hour.  However, should you change your mind concerning your purchase within 24 hours, a refund may be possible depending on whether or not work has already begun.

Custom and OOAK Website Purchases:

If you have purchased a OOAK or a custom website, your may be entitled to a refund if you respond within 24 hours concerning your order that you have changed your mind regarding your purchase.  Otherwise, you order will follow through to completion.

Custom Artwork and All Other:

After 24 hours or once you have received your proof, all sales are final.  Becuase of the nature of our products, plagarism is a great concern to our line of business and in all fairness we must decline the right to a refund.

Additional Notes:

Sometimes there are circumstances that can occur.  Should a problem present itself, it is at our discretion as to how to handle your special request.

Chargeback Policy:

Should you attempt a chargeback, your website could be taken down or artwork compensated.  Because of the method we deliver artwork, through email, and because the client may have access to those files after a chargeback, any use of the artwork by the client after a chargeback will result in legal action.  If for some reason a chargeback is initiated on your end, your artwork will be disassembled  and resold. 

Website Tweaking:

After the purchase of a OOAK website, Storybook Sites reserves the right to determine on a case by case basis AND according to the current schedule when changes can be made to a website design or the function of a cart. Please note that Storybook offers a demo of the administration area of cubecart. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the cart system is for them and will fit their business needs.  In any case, should you feel that you really need some changes or tweaking to either the cart or the design layout after installation, please expect to incur a fee at a rate of 30.00 an hour and possibly fees for the modifications.  All OOAK are considered sold as they are, please do not expect to have any changes made free of charge.  Payment will be required on changes before they are completed. Please allow 14 business days for changes to be completed.

For custom order websites, you are allowed 3 revisions to the design of the site. A revision is an email with a  list of changes. After that, client shall incur a fee of 30.00 an hour for additional revisions.
